Returns

If you have changed your mind (UK only)

If you change your mind or your new bedding is not quite what you had in mind, we would be happy to refund you in full.

We can only except back unused, unwashed items, in their original packaging with tags still attached. You can now return any item within 90 days of receipt.

Returned items should be unopened where possible. Please take a good look before you put your bedding onto your bed.

If you would like to return your order, please contact us at returns@xvstripes.com, and will send you a Collect + Label, and let you know your nearest collection point. Cost of return will be deducted from your refund.

Once we have received your parcel, we will check the items and confirm your refund. lease allow 3-5 working days for your return to be processed and your pennies back in your account.

Exchanges

If you would like to exchange any items, we ask that you place an order for the new items and return the unwanted items to us. We will give you a refund as soon as your unwanted items arrive back with us.

At present, we are unable to offer exchanges.

Please return any unwanted items and place a new order for the required items on the website.
