Delivery & Returns


We use a network of delivery providers, to ensure your products reach directly. We'll let you know when your order has been sent, and our service provider will contact you to update you on your delivery. You will be notified on the day of your delivery by text message or email (UK Mainland deliveries), with an hour time window.

All our deliveries will require a signature. Therefore, please make sure that someone will be there to take delivery of the parcel. Alternatively, if you can't be there, and have a safe place to leave your parcel, you can arrange this directly with our provider when they contact you.

Please ensure you pop your mobile number on your order, so we can make sure you receive a text update on your delivery.

All our products are available for delivery across the UK and Europe. We can also ship internationally, on request. Please email for information and shipping costs.

Covid-19 Update

Whilst it's business as usual with the majority of our delivery providers. We will be delivering parcels straight to your door, until Click and Collect is safely accessible. Our partner providers have assured us they are taking extra steps to ensure excellent levels of hygiene including the use of hand sanitiser and alcohol wipes for all vehicles and hand held equipment to protect their staff and customers.

Please note that due to reduced services countrywide, our standard delivery timeframe can be slightly unpredictable. Please allow an extra 2-5 working days for your package to arrive. We are working slightly slower than normal, but keeping our team as safe as possible is a priority.

If you have changed your mind (UK only)

If you change your mind or your new bedding is not quite what you had in mind, we would be happy to refund you in full.

We can only except back unused, unwashed items, in their original packaging with tags still attached. You can now return any item within 60 days of receipt.

Returned items should be unopened where possible. Please take a good look before you put your bedding onto your bed.

If you would like to return your order, please contact us at, and will send you a Collect + Label, and let you know your nearest collection point. Cost of return will be deducted from your refund. Once we have received your parcel, we will check the items and confirm your refund. lease allow 3-5 working days for your return to be processed and your pennies back in your account.


If you would like to exchange any items, we ask that you place an order for the new items and return the unwanted items to us. We will give you a refund as soon as your unwanted items arrive back with us.

At present, we are unable to offer exchanges. Please return any unwanted items and place a new order for the required items on the website.
