If you would like us to wrap your orders in one of our lovely blue boxes, with tissue paper and a small votive candle. This creates a scent when the box is opened, providing a great experience for those receiving your gift.
We only include a packing slip, without prices, confirming the product and delivery address.

Delivery - UK
We offer free delivery for all orders over £100+.
For all other UK deliveries, we add £6.00 shipping charge. All deliveries are dispatched within approx three working days. We use both Royal Mail and UPS, depending on the size and weight and best option for the product.
International Shipping
For all other countries, please contact us at info@xvstripes.com, and we will be happy to provide a shipping cost based on the courier options available at the time.
Returns - 30 day No Quibble
If you have changed your mind (UK only).
If you change your mind or your new home product is not quite what you had in mind, we would be happy to refund you in full.
We can only except back unused, unwashed items, in their original packaging with tags still attached. You can now return any item within 30 days of receipt.
Returned items should be unopened where possible. Please take a good look before you put your bedding onto your bed.
If you would like to return your order, please contact us at info@xvstripes.com. We will send you a return label to print off, and let you know your nearest drop-off point.
Cost of return will be deducted from your refund.
Once we have received your parcel, we will check the items and confirm your refund. Please allow 3-5 working days for your return to be processed and your pennies back in your account.
Exchanges
If you would like to exchange any items, we ask that you place an order for the new items and return the unwanted items to us. We will give you a refund as soon as your unwanted items arrive back with us.
Please return any unwanted items and place a new order for the required items on the website.
